- Queanbeyan Hospital (Greater Southern Health Services, NSW) – Contract manager for the defect rectification and resolution of the final claim under GC21.
- Acute Mental Health Hospital Woden – managed design and quality review of civil services for Iqon P/L.
- Calvary Haydon Retirement Community (Little Company of Mary) – Project Manager in development of the residential care facility and living units.
- Royal Darwin Hospital and Alice Springs Hospital – initiated the development of the Hospice, Birthing Centre and upgrade of ICU at Alice Springs Hospital.
Infrastructure and Buildings
- Gungahlin Oval and Valley Ponds (ACT Government) — Land development — Project Manager for the planning, design and delivery of the precinct.
- Campbell Section 5 — Land Development Agency — Project Manager for the planning and design of the precinct and contract documentation of the Works.
- Peakhurst Retirement Community — Aged Care, NSW Housing — Land development: Project Manager for the planning design and delivery of a $30 million aged care development In Peakhurst, Sydney, including more than 90 residential units and a Residential care facility.
- Gungahlin ‘The G’ shopping centre – Retail (Coles/Myer) – Land development: Contract Manager in the delivery of a $20 million shopping centre including large format supermarket and speciality shops in Gungahlin, ACT.
- Woolworths Wagga Wagga — Gurwood street – Retail – land development: Project Manager in the planning, design and delivery of a $8 million redevelopment of previous shopping arcade into a major supermarket and car park.
Remote Communities
- Coordination and implementation of the $100 million infrastructure component of the Groote Eylandt and Bickerton Island Regional Partnership Agreement.
- Overviewed the delivery of a number of infrastructure projects to remote communities in the Northern Territory.
