Projects Delivered
Health and Hospitals
- WA Health Department budget – between 1991 and 1996 – developed, negotiated, managed and acquitted the budget of $1.5 billion for the health sector across Western Australia. This occurred during a period of substantial budget reductions.
- WA Health Department Establishment of Accounting Structure – between 1991 and 1996 – developed and implemented standard chart of accounts and cost centre structure for all public hospitals and health services across WA.
- WA – Development of annual operational plans and management of budget in a tight financial environment.
- Restructured Hospital and Health services into service streams at North Metropolitan Health Services (WA), The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (SA) and Northern Territory Hospital Network.
Remote Communities
- Developed funding agreements and monitoring of the service delivery for the provision of utility services across 72 Indigenous Remote Communities by the Power and Water Corporation (NT).
- Negotiated, allocated and acquitted funding agreements with the Commonwealth in respect of infrastructure developments.
