Previous Projects

Health and Hospitals

• Development of strategic plans at the North Metropolitan Health Service (WA), The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (SA) and the Hospital Network (NT).
• Accreditation of all Northern Territory hospitals.
• Initiated and completed waiting list reduction program in the Northern Territory, resulting in a 15% fall in waiting lists.
• Restructure of health services to include clinician participation in management.
• Negotiated and established the National Critical Care and Trauma Response Centre at Royal Darwin Hospital.
• Development of renal services across the Northern Territory resulting in the reduction of the mortality rates to the Australian average.

Infrastructure and Buildings

• Implementation of the University of Canberra Minor Works program for Estate and Facilities Management.
• Contract Management of Parliament House Security Upgrade Stage I Works.

Remote Communities

• Commission infrastructure and access to services review of 400 homelands and outstations across the Northern Territory.
• Assisted in the development and evolution of the Indigenous business ‘Groote Eylandt and Bickerton Island Enterprises” to undertake infrastructure projects.
